Specially formulated to replenish TerraCottem components that have been consumed by plants during the previous growing season, as well as compensate for any loss incurred when crops or annuals are removed from the soil.

APPLICATION METHOD
PLANTING AND REPLANTING TREES AND SHRUBS
Help your plants to grow healthy and green. Save workload and money by taking the correct steps at the start of planting. No matter if you are planting a seedling or an already grown plant, TerraCottem increases the tree's survival rate, accelerates plant growth, and increases its resistance to stress due to lack of water. TerraCottem will especially achieve great results when used in degraded, saline or marginal soils.
Dig a plant hole to the recommended size for the plant. Place the soil into a pile and create a second smaller separate pile of soil to be used as a mulch layer.
Add TerraCottem (TC) to the main pile of soil at the recommended rate and mix well.
Partially fill the hole with the TC + soil mixture before placing the tree.
Add the rest of the TC + soil mixture up to the top of the root ball.
Place the smaller pile of soil on top of the TC + soil mixture as a mulch layer. Shaped the soil in a concave shape to trap water.
Water thoroughly.
LAWNS
TerraCottem soil conditioner makes lawns robust and sustainable, with healthy grass growth and savings of up to 50% in irrigation water, even in challenging conditions. Grass that has been seeded or turfed on soil in which TerraCottem turf has been incorporated will be more resistant and recover better after a period of drought and stay green for longer compared to untreated grass.
Apply TerraCottem turf to the surface at the recommended rate with a fertiliser spreader or mix off-site with a growing medium and then apply to the surface.
For smaller areas and slopes, apply TerraCottem turf manually at the recommended rate.
Mix into the root zone to a depth of 20cm with a rotovator, rotary hoe or rototiller, across the length and width of the area.
For slopes, use a hoe to incorporate the product into the soil at a depth of 20cm.
Prepare soil for sowing seeds, laying turf or using sprigs.
Spread seeds, lay turf or sprig the area. When sowing seeds, rake the seeds lightly to spread and roll them to imbed the seeds into the soil.
Water thoroughly.
